My interest in vibrational healing began in a casual way, being used as a guinea pig to test the essences that Leila Lees, and later Meggan Young, were developing. Apparently I was an ideal test subject, and I gradually learned what to look for and how to respond to these essences, which are really so much more than medicines. The essences work on our consciousness, and that is what makes them interesting.

I am a writer and a senior lecturer in Creative Writing at AUT University in Auckland. My teaching will include helping students to write their responses to the essences, working together to develop the language with which to understand and describe them.
